Capital plan
Capital is a constraint to design around, not a trophy to accumulate.
The planning question is: What is the minimum capital required to reach the next proof point without creating unnecessary ownership, reporting, or coordination complexity?
Minimum rounds
Round 0 — Formation
Establish the entity, records, ownership, controls, and operating boundary before external capital is accepted.
Round 1 — Proof
Raise only what is required to validate a real product, market, or network effect.
Round 2 — Scale
Raise only after a measurable bottleneck is visible and the previous proof is inspectable.
Public-market preparation
Reporting, controls, ownership records, governance, contracts, metrics, and evidence should not be assembled for the first time before an IPO attempt.
No acquisition path
The Speedrun does not depend on buying a company to manufacture scale or shorten the narrative. If an acquisition becomes necessary, that is evidence against the current operating model—not a loophole inside it.
