When the publisher rejected it, the Kindle edition was live on Amazon the next day.

The Calculation of Aliveness
The book became a podcast. Episode one turns chapter one into an audio artifact, then uses the author’s irritation when it ended before chapter two as a crude but honest product test: the thing had created demand for its continuation.
The archive receipt records the episode launch; the platform destination may change as the audio distribution is finalized.
Agent capability
Marvin’s First Measurable Capability
A request-to-meme pipeline moved from “good early results” to a posted output: request, generation, distribution, and recorded capability. The system also exposes its credit state instead of pretending the machine is powered by narrative.
Evidence class: public self-report plus linked output. Engagement is not being used as a success claim.
Human outcome
BIPU Problem Rants
Students were asked to spend five minutes naming problems without proposing solutions. Their response videos began arriving with reports that the exercise changed how they saw the problem space. The artifact is the exercise plus the participant receipts, not the claim that one prompt fixes education.
Evidence class: participant response reported by the operator; independent outcome study not claimed.

Research Validation Entered the Commons
Marvin and BIPU contributed validation to another researcher’s work using cross-validation between independent systems. A companion receipt records the cost of the contribution: $0.82.
The important claim is contribution and cost, not that the research has been independently certified by this page.
Platform receipt
The Searchable Research Platform Went Live
A live searchable layer for the work replaced a stack of disconnected publication homes. The first recorded goal is explicit: 100 paid subscribers, $4,200 MRR, with the first position and first $42/month already recorded as separate steps.
Subscriber and revenue figures are self-reported progress markers, not independently audited financial results.
What belongs in the case?
Shipped work with a readable trail. A page, paper, experiment, course, or system is eligible when someone else can inspect what changed and see the boundary between evidence and aspiration.
